All consultations are by appointment only. Telephone consultations are also available. To make an appointment for initial advice and assessment just telephone 0151 290 4610. If you cannot keep your appointment please give ample time for the appointment to be reallocated to another patient. We are not part of the emergency services.

If you wish to make an appointment to see the doctor or nurse after 2 days or later, you can E-Mail us with your name, date of birth, address, date and time of appointment required. We will confirm your appointment by either telephone or E-Mail you.

Complaints/Comments/Suggestions Procedure:

The Surgery aims to give a friendly and professional service to all our patients at all times. We take any complaint very seriously therefore we would encourage you to speak to Team Coordinator. Don't be afraid to say how you feel. Your comments and concerns will be treated in confidence and acted upon to improve standards for the future and in majority of cases concerns can be easily and amicably resolved. However, if you feel we have not dealt with the issues that you have raised, as you would wish, you can write or speak to the Patient Advice and Liaison Service, who can often help resolve problems before they become formal complaints. To speak to Patient Advice and Liaison Service officer 0151 443 4900. If you would like to make a complaint regarding the Surgery or any of the services that we offer, please contact the Practice Manager by post, or telephone.
